FIELD: metallurgy; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blank stock production of metallurgical and machine building enterprises and is intended for improvement of physical and mechanical properties of materials by method of plastic structure formation due to grinding of initial structure at preservation of initial dimensions of workpiece. Method comprises combined deformation of cylindrical workpiece by its extrusion by male die through first and second channels of matrix, transition zone, conical draw plate and calibrating broach. Pressing through the transition zone is carried out with the support of the workpiece into a support tapered billet from the same material pre-installed in the cone draw plate. Deformed workpiece is subjected to deposition with its filling with matrix transition zone material. Pressing through second matrix channel is performed under conditions of all-round compression of deformed workpiece with pushing of clamping workpiece through conical draw plate and displacement into gaging hole.
EFFECT: as a result, production of workpieces with ground uniform even structure for production of high-loaded parts.
