Method of plastic structuring of a cylindrical measuring billet includes multiple deformation of the billet by draft and subsequent direct extrusion. Draft and extrusion are carried out in the first and second dies, the sludge is carried out in the set conical creeks of the first dies to impart a spindle shape to the billet. Subsequent extrusion is carried out in a second die, whose die diameter is equal to the diameter of the initial workpiece, the ratio of its height to its diameter is greater than 2.5.
EFFECT: technical result is to expand technological capabilities, increase processing efficiency and reduce energy intensity.
