SUBSTANCE: method may include the following operations: receiving an order, including order identification, in an order input system; printing on the container characters including the order identifier; reading characters at the beverage dispensing point; enabling the consumer to select a beverage type on the graphical user interface at the beverage dispensing station in response to reading said characters; dispensing a beverage of the type selected on the graphical user interface into a container at the beverage dispensing station; and updating the order by accounting for the beverage of the selected type.
EFFECT: invention discloses a method for controlling orders and dispensing beverages.
