Server contains a network interface for connecting to a communication network with the ability to provide communication; processor connected to the network interface and ensuring that the email server receives from the browser application a request to create an email account with the aim of at least one of sending and receiving the electronic message through a communication network, wherein the request includes at least a unique browser identifier; receiving browsing history data associated with a unique browser identifier indicating browsing history of a browser application related to at least one web resource; analyzing the browsing log data to determine the user's rating in connection with this request, indicating the likelihood that the user is a person or that the user is a computer robot program; performing a restrictive action request if it is determined that a user rating indicates a higher probability that the user is a robot program.

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce spam messages.
