FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical-laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to determine vasoconstrictive microcirculatory vascular reactivity on insulin. Initial mean value of microcirculation value of the skin blood flow is determined by laser Doppler fluometry on forearm external surface 4 cm above styloid processes of radial and ulnar bones in Zakharyin-Ged area. Then 0.1 ml of insulin is introduced intracutaneously. After 5 minutes, the mean value of the microcirculation value of the skin blood flow in the insulin delivery point is again determined. Presence of vasoconstrictive microcirculatory vascular reactivity on insulin is stated by decreasing the average value of the microcirculation index of the skin blood flow or by reducing the average value of the microcirculation index of the skin blood flow and the appearance of a white spot.

EFFECT: method provides determining pathological action of insulin in disturbed vascular reactivity of microcirculation of skin blood flow due to the fact that insulin has both vasoconstrictor and vasoconstrictor effect.
