METHOD OF HYPOXIC TRAINING OF DONOR AREA WITH FREE SKIN REPAIR OF CHRONIC WOUNDS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2698981 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, aesthetic surgery and traumatology. Donor skin is stretched by applying force from the outside. Point of application of forces is the K-wires conducted in the subcutaneous fat layer, and the support points – adaptive reposition apparatus. Skin tension is controlled by laser Doppler flowmetry with allowable microcirculation reduction by 40–50 %. Autoderm transplant is taken in at least 24 hours of stretching tissues of the donor area.

EFFECT: method allows increasing the engraftment area due to its adaptation to hypoxia conditions in the recipient's area with compromised microcirculation.
