FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a lanthanide catalyst for stereospecific polymerisation of isoprene and can be used in petrochemical industry to obtain cis-1,4-polyisoprene. Disclosed is a method of producing a lanthanide catalyst for stereospecific polymerisation of isoprene, which includes an organoaluminium compound, lanthanide chloride and piperylene, by reacting a mixture of triisobutylaluminium with diisobutylaluminium hydride (A) in toluene containing piperylene (B), with an alcohol solvate of lanthanide chloride (C) in molar ratio A:B:C equal to (12–25):(1–3):1, by adding an alcohol solvate of lanthanide chloride to a pre-cooled to minus 18 – minus 5 °C mixture of triisobutylaluminium with diisobutylaluminium hydride and piperylene, wherein finished catalyst at temperature of 10–50 °C is fed for continuous circulation through a volumetric apparatus with a mixing device and a cooling jacket having an outer circuit with a centrifugal sealed pump, a tubular turbulent reactor of a diffuser-confuser structure and an external cooler, and after circulation through tubular turbulent reactor of diffuser-confuser structure with ratio of at least 53,000 times, catalyst is supplied from circulation circuit to continuous polymerisation of isoprene in solution. Polyisoprene synthesized in the presence of a lanthanide catalyst obtained using the disclosed method is characterized by a narrow molecular weight distribution which improves its consumer properties.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of average diameter of particles of lanthanide catalyst in comparison with prototype, increase of specific surface and in growth of concentration of active catalyst centers, due to which there is increased output of cis-1,4-polyisoprene at reduced consumption of catalyst.
