SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of proxy session of service detection for wireless communication medium. Methods, in particular, include formation of a service identifier by a wireless communication device in a wireless communication network, indicating service support for detecting proxy services for other wireless communication devices operating in a wireless communication network; and wireless communication device transmitting wireless communication service detection frame to wireless communication network, wherein the wireless communication service detection frame comprises a formed service identifier. Versions of service detection proxy session devices for wireless communication implement versions of disclosed methods.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities for offering and detecting services and distributing application information.
