FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pulse equipment and can be used in precision pulse generators. Given method consists in selecting a branch line of a multi-lead delay line, on which the front of the clock signal propagating along it is delayed relative to the external trigger pulse for a minimum time. Method implementation is carried out due to arrangement of competitions of single-type synchronous frequency dividers, to synchronization inputs of which clock signals are supplied from taps of multi-lead delay line, and to control inputs of synchronous frequency dividers resolution is common permissible difference formed by external triggering pulse. Synchronous frequency divider that won the match generates the clock pulse front.
EFFECT: reduced delay between the external trigger pulse and the beginning of the synchronized clock sequence, high accuracy of phase matching of clock pulses of the reference generator to the external trigger pulse.
