FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building, in particular, to devices for sharpening cutting pairs of shearing machines. Semi-automatic machine for sharpening cutting blades of shearing machines contains a frame on which an electric motor is installed with a sharpening disk fixed on its shaft, covered with a protective casing with a shield, a trough for a liquid suspension of mineral oil and abrasive powder, a compressor with a blowing line. On both sides of disc rotation axis there is a push mechanism with spring closing of bracket with lever with displacement of point of application of vector of pressing force to holder. Drive of electric motor shaft provides return movement of holder with specified output to both sides of comb or knife beyond width of working zone of disk by rotation relative to vertical axis of pressing mechanism of bushing with bracket fixed on it, with which pivotally connected push lever is pivotally connected to holder. At that connection of holder with pressing lever is made double-hinged with mutually perpendicular axes.

EFFECT: invention improves quality of sharpening and productivity, low labor input and improved working conditions of grinder.
