FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production and can be used for removal of ceramic rods from inner cavities of castings. Plant for leaching of ceramics from metallurgical casts includes equipped with heaters (2) tank (1) for preparation of solution, reactor (3) with facility (4) for arrangement of castings, circulating pump (6), inductor (7) and hydrocyclone (9). Container for solution preparation is in-series connected by pipeline with circulation pump, solution heating inducer and reactor. Vortex layer apparatus is arranged outside the reactor, with possibility of reciprocal movement along its housing. Vessel for solution preparation is equipped with filters and is connected via a pipeline through a filtration pump with a hydrocyclone, the outlet of which is connected via a pipeline to a solution preparation vessel. Reactor is communicated via return pipeline with solution preparation vessel.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plant due to expansion of its functional capabilities.
