FIELD: foundry engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry engineering and can be used to remove ceramic rods from inner cavities of castings, in particular the blades of gas turbine engines (GTE). The first variant of installation for leaching ceramics from metallurgical castings includes an alkaline solution container with a lid equipped with heaters, a tubular reactor with a perforated bottom placed inside the container, an agitator with diffuser and rotary plate installed at the input to the reactor. The installation can also be equipped with a tubular element with through side holes, which is rigidly connected with one end to the bottom part of the tank lid and to the top part of reactor with the other end. Therewith, rigid connection of tubular element with the lid is made solid, but rigid connection of tubular element with the reactor is made detachable. The second option of the installation includes a container for alkaline solution with a lid equipped with heaters, a reactor placed inside the container and representing cylindrical shell with a stirrer, diffuser and rotary plate installed at the input, while reactor is located horizontally inside the container and equipped with a tap in form of curved tubular element, loading hatch with a lid made in the shell wall on the side of the container lid side, and a bump is placed on the outside of reactor outlet.

EFFECT: invention is aimed to increase the efficiency of installation due to cost-effectiveness, simplicity and reliability of the design.
