FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production, namely, to equipment for cleaning castings of metal parts from casting ceramic material, including internal non-treated cavities of gas turbine blades. Power unit of automated process complex for cleaning of casts from ceramic material contains autoclave device from chemically and corrosion-resistant material, source of electromagnetic field, modular basket with magnetic core for arrangement of castings, liquid level sensor inside working cavity and system of ultrasonic action. Method for cleaning castings from ceramic material includes placing casts in a modular basket with a magnetic core, placing said basket into an autoclave device, a product of pre-evacuation of the working cavity, providing supply of alkaline solution into working cavity of autoclave device and cleaning of casts from ceramic material with alkaline solution. Then at least one flushing of modular basket with water castings is performed, after that cleaning of castings from ceramic material by alkaline solution is repeated.

EFFECT: as a result, higher quality of cast products cleaning, expansion of technological capabilities of the cleaning process, increase in labor safety and expansion of the range of processed items.
