METHOD OF ANUFACTURING A MATRIX BIOSENSOR BASED ON REDUCED GRAPHENE OXIDE AND A MATRIX BIOSENSOR ON A POLYMER SUBSTRATE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/53 C12Q1/00

Abstract RU 2745663 C1

FIELD: biotech.

SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention lies in the fact that the manufacture of a matrix biological sensor based on reduced graphene oxide includes the formation of a graphene oxide film on a polymer substrate, local modification of an oxide-graphene film according to a given pattern with the formation of several conducting channels and immobilization of biomolecules on a modified oxide-graphene film providing selective interaction with other biological agents. Moreover, the formation of a graphene oxide film is carried out using liquid deposition methods. Local modification of the oxide-graphene film with a given topological pattern is carried out by incomplete restoration of the region with this pattern with further removal of the unreduced film in order to improve the adhesion of the protective polymer film. The resulting blank of the biological sensor is covered with a protective polymer film, with the exception of the areas of contacts and holes located above the areas of immobilization of biomolecules. Immobilization of biomolecules is carried out by the method of liquid deposition from solutions independently on different areas due to the interaction of biomolecules with oxygen-containing functional groups in reduced graphene oxide. Also, biomolecules sensitive to different biological agents are immobilized on different biosensitive areas.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility of creating a highly sensitive and highly selective biological sensor, which makes it possible to obtain information about the presence of several biological agents in one sample and which makes it possible to ensure multiple measurements and integration into personal devices for monitoring the human health state.
