SUBSTANCE: present invention aims at mechanism (1) comprising: base (2); pendulum (6) installed with possibility of rotation relative to base (2) around axis (A0) of pendulum; first eccentric element (10) creating first moment (M1) of gravitational force (P1) relative to first axis (A1); second eccentric element (20) creating second moment (M2) of gravitational force (P2) relative to second axis (A2); and synchronization system (8) for synchronization of first eccentric element (10) and second eccentric element (20) in accordance with synchronized rotational movement (R1/R2) in opposite directions; wherein: axis (A0) of pendulum and axis (A1; A2) of eccentric elements (10, 20) are parallel and lie in one plane (P0) passing through pendulum (6); axes (A1; A2) of eccentric elements (10, 20) are held in pendulum (6) above and below axis (A0) of the pendulum; and when mechanism (1) in operation: eccentric elements (10; 20) can move in synchronized rotation (R1; R2) in opposite directions with intersecting centrifugal rpm, pendulum (6) alternately turns (B1; B2) in one direction, then to another, reinforcing rotary movement (R1; R2) of eccentric elements (10; 20) by means of simultaneous intersecting axial forces of pendulum (6) acting on axis (A1; A2) of said eccentric elements (10, 20), and by transmitting torque to synchronization system (8), and energy generated by centrifugal revolution in mechanism (1) can be recuperated by connection of energy recuperation system (80) with synchronization system (8).
EFFECT: disclosed is an oscillatory mechanism with simultaneous crossed centrifugal rpm, a machine and a method for use thereof.
