FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical rehabilitation, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in rehabilitation treatment of patients after hip replacement, including in patients with osteoporosis and contraindications to electromagnetic physiotherapeutic procedures. That is ensured by the therapeutic course of gravitational therapy 3 weeks after cement replacement of hip joints in amount of 10 procedures every 10–12 minutes with load of 30–35 rpm. 2 weeks after the first course, second and 4 weeks after the second course the third similar course of gravitational therapy is performed. Simultaneously with the beginning of the first course, administering calcium preparation 1,000 mg and 800 IU of vitamin D for 1 year is prescribed. 5 mg of zolenderone acid is administered iv once after 14 days. In the patients after cementless endoprosthesis 3 weeks after the operation, one course of gravitational therapy is performed in number of 15 procedures daily, duration of 12–14 minutes, with load of 30–35 rpm without antiresorptive therapy.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of the given group of patients by providing conditions for osteointegration of the endoprosthesis components with bone tissue and, indirectly, with complete recovery of the lower extremity function ensured by the selected complex of actions.
