FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: intended for the rehabilitation of patients after total hip implantation in the early postoperative period. The method includes physiotherapeutic electrical stimulation in combination with physical therapy. As an electrical stimulation effect, pulsed currents are used through plate paired electrodes, on which hydrophilic pads moistened with warm water are put on, the impact is carried out paravertebrally in the region of the sacral spine on the projection of the exit points of the sacral nerves with certain parameters of the rectangular pulsed current, exposure time is 5 minutes, 2 times per day, daily, course of 10 procedures. Within 30 minutes after pulsed electrical stimulation, passive mechanotherapy is carried out as physical therapy on a rehabilitation simulator for the operative extremity according to a certain scheme from the 2nd to the 6th day after surgery, twice a day, with an interval of 3-5 hours.
EFFECT: method reduces the time and increases the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment in the early postoperative period in patients after total hip arthroplasty due to a pathogenetically based method of influencing the neuromuscular system of patients.
