FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to rehabilitation. Series of sequential measures is applied, including a therapeutic exercise program in a hall in a group with instructor - 10 procedures for 30 minutes. Exercises include exercises for strengthening and stretching muscles of the operated hip - extensor, deflecting and flexor muscles, stretching of adductor muscles of thigh in the form of static exercises and in the form of active motions in the operated hip joint on bending, extension, retraction. At that, exclude from movements: hip flexion in hip joint more than 90°, as well as simultaneous bending, bringing and internal rotation in the operated hip joint. Then, carry out a lesson on a V-ergo PRO stationary bicycle. Exercise course on the stationary bicycle makes 10 procedures for 7-15 minutes each. That is followed by practicing the correct stereotype of walking on the C-Mile sensory treadmill with course of 10 procedures for 30 minutes. Performing training using an interactive rehabilitation system of virtual reality NIRVANA course of 10 procedures for 30 minutes in the form of exercises using lower extremities. Complex is exposed to low-intensity laser radiation in the infrared range, power 15 W, frequency 80 Hz - 10 procedures for 5 minutes at the affected hip area.
EFFECT: method provides higher pelvic muscle strength, injured hip, shin muscles, formation of the correct walking stereotype, restoration of the affected limb functionality, motor and coordination abilities, reduced pain syndrome, higher quality of life, reduced length of medical rehabilitation.
