FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology and hematology, and can be used for treating patients with primary infertility associated with excess type 1 plasminogen activator inhibitor. That is ensured by determining a PAI-1 level in the patient. If the PAI-1 is more than 43 ng/ml in the natural cycle, the preparation Sulodexide is administered starting from the first day of the cycle. Sulodexide is introduced in dose 250 LSU 1 capsule 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening between daily meals till 75 days or before pregnancy. In the absence of pregnancy, similar courses of therapy are repeated after two-month pause at least 2–3 times a year.
EFFECT: method provides higher rate of successful pregnancies in a natural cycle without using assisted reproductive technologies.
