SUBSTANCE: method involves appointment of nicotinic acid to the patient, no later than the third week before IVF, in the initial dose of 0.025 g 1 time per day after dinner; in the absence of a subjective reaction to drug, expressed in a sensation of heat, reddening of the upper half of the trunk, the dose of nicotinic acid is increased daily by 0.025 g, bringing it to 0.075 g; while the daily dose is divided into two doses - 0.025 g in the morning and 0.05 g in the evening after supper. In the event of a subjective reaction, its dose is no longer increased; one day before the puncture is performed to receive oocytes, the drug is withdrawn and continued no earlier than 8 hours after IVF. The drug continues to be taken in a selected daily dose before pregnancy, confirmed by a test for hCG.

EFFECT: application of the invention allows to expand the arsenal of means for treating primary infertility caused by thrombophilia during IVF.
