SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, obstetrics and hematology, and can be used for treating primary infertility caused by hematogenic thrombophilia. That is ensured by introducing nicotinic acid in an initial dose of 0.025 g once a day after supper. In the absence of a subjective reaction to taking the preparation expressed in sensation of heat, redness of the upper body, daily dosage of nicotinic acid is increased by 0.025 g, bringing it to 0.075 g. Daily dose is divided into two doses – 0.025 g in morning and 0.05 g in the evening after supper. If the subjective reaction appears, the dose is no longer increased. Nicotinic acid is introduced in a natural cycle between menstruations and is completed in the case of pregnancy. If observing no pregnancy, one repeats up to three therapeutic courses, taking a break between them for 2 months. Nicotinic acid is introduced in the next cycle immediately in the dose that previously elicited subjective reaction. Simultaneously with the beginning of nicotinic acid intake, the preparation "vitrum cardio omega-3 fatty acids" is administered daily, including during menstruation, 1 capsule a day before pregnancy.

EFFECT: method provides higher frequency of successful cases of spontaneous pregnancy without using assisted reproductive technologies.
