FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a fully solid-state battery, which contains a solid electrolyte layer between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, and can be used in the manufacture of bulk-type lithium-ion rechargeable batteries with an electrode layer thickness of up to 100 mcm. Forming of the electrolyte is carried out by dissolving a solid electrolyte in a solvent in the presence of small particles that are insoluble in the specified solid electrolyte solution, removing the solvent from the applied coating liquid, which leads to deposition of a solid electrolyte on at least one of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, wherein the fine particles have an average particle diameter (median diameter d50) from 10 nm to 1 mcm, and the solution for coating contains fine particles in an amount of from 0.1 to 30% by weight.
EFFECT: elimination of irregularities in formation of a solid electrolyte layer, as well as an increase in reliability of a solid-state battery by eliminating a short circuit.
