Locking elements (41) are made as a single unit with at least one strip (8) of the said system of semi-rigid plastic material, less flexible than the material of the side wall of the bag. Elongated predetermined metering accessory (100), having a shorter length than the height (H) of the internal volume of the bag, can be stored along the side wall using retaining part (55) made on strip (8) as a lower extension. Equalization can also be performed using free edge (56) under the clamping zone.

EFFECT: proposed is a pack of gasset intended for storage of a food product.
