FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: filled aluminum container containing wine, differing by that the specified wine is microfiltrated before bottling, and the wine has alcohol content higher than 9 % vol/vol, pH from 2.9 to 3.5 and said filled container with wine has content of molecular sulfur dioxide from 0.4 to 0.8 mg/l. If the alcohol content is below 9 % vol/vol, sorbic acid is added at the level of more than 90 mg/l.
EFFECT: levels of dissolved oxygen throughout the process of filling the container are maintained to 0,5 mg/l, and final levels of dissolved CO2 higher than 50 ppm until capacity is filled.
