FIELD: methods of packing.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for packing red or white wine and gas-free or carbonated wine into two-component aluminum cans. Wine has less than 35 mass portions of free sulfur dioxide at general content of sulfur dioxide less than 250 mass portions, less than 350 mass portions of chloride and less than 800 mass portions of sulfates. Any can aluminum case filled with wine and sealed with aluminum cap to create pressure inside can of 25 pounds/sq. inches. Internal surface of aluminum is coated with thermo-reactive corrosion-resistant coating. The coating or layer can be composed of epoxy resin in combination with laterally stitching agent on base of formaldehyde, baked during 20 minutes at 165-185°C.
EFFECT: excellent quality of wine; prolonged storage life.
