SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation, telemechanics and communication for receiving control signals of the track line of tone frequency. Locomotive receiver comprises two input filters connected to the input of the device, the output of the first input filter is connected through the first analogue-to-digital converter to the input of the ALC signal receiver, and the output of the second input filter is connected through the second analogue-to-digital converter to the input of the rail line monitoring signal receiver, solving module and connected in parallel to track control signal receiver are additional receivers of rail line monitoring signals, each of which consists of a filter tuned to the corresponding frequency of the received filter, to the output of which a measurement channel and a frequency detector are connected, the output of which is connected to the first input of the decoder, to second input of which through the threshold device is connected to the measuring channel output, input of rail track monitoring signal receiver is filter input, and output is decoder output. Outputs of the receivers of the track signal and the ALS signal receiver are connected to the decision module, the output of which is connected to the CAN bus connected to the central processor.
