SUBSTANCE: system contains rail circuits. The rail circuit includes the rail circuit control unit, the unit of interface of coding circuits of automatic locomotive alarm system (ALAS) with the equipment of neighbouring rail circuits. The control unit contains the track generator connected to the coding enabling unit and the track receiver. The port of the track generator and the port of the track receiver are connected respectively to the port of the first and to the port of the second low-power transceiving devices. Each locomotive of the train circulating in the section is fitted with the complex safety device to which through the CAN interface the port of the transceiving device and the input of the locomotive receiver are connected. The code generator unit contains an analogue-digital converter the outputs of which are connected to inputs of the microcontroller module. The software module of intellectual analysis of equipment operability is connected to the electronic computer (EC) of the workstation (WS) of the traffic controller, and in its memory unit the database of allowable values of currents and voltage at the input of rail lines of track sections and results of periodic self-testing of the equipment of feeding ends of track sections is saved.

EFFECT: simplification and improvement of reliability of traffic interval regulation system.
