FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. After percutaneous pelvic tumor removal, the operation is completed by J-J kidney drainage by the ureteral stent with the stitched proximal end of the monofilament synthetic absorbable suture material with a minimum length of 90 days resorption, which is removed to the skin, haemostatic matrix based on lyophilised thrombin 2,000 ME is introduced into the percutaneous tract; with the planned control pyeloscopy 4–8 weeks later, the previous nephrostomy stroke is recanalized by traction of the ureteral stent in the proximal direction behind the suture material.
EFFECT: method enables avoiding repeated renal puncture when performing a control pyeloscopy, reducing a rate of complications and reducing length of hospitalization.
