SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. Method involves formation of the main percutaneous approach for nephroscope 24 Ch, installation of mini-nephroscope 5.5 Ch, removal of tumors with the help of a monopolar resectoscope and a laser apparatus. Operation is completed by the installation of nephrostomy drainages and instillation of the chemopreparation Mitomycin. LILR session is started with introducing a nephroscope into the kidney, the optical fiber is passed along the working stroke of the nephroscope. Further, a session of low-intensity laser radiation is performed, after the irradiation the optical fiber is removed. Nephroscope is left in pelvis and 40 ml of the mitomycin solution is introduced through an aspiration channel. Combined sessions of low-intensity laser radiation and intra-enzyme chemotherapy are carried out once week for 6 weeks, wherein laser power is 20-25 mW, energy density is 3.5-5 J/cm².

EFFECT: method enables avoiding organ-carrying treatment (nephroureterectomy), programmed hemodialysis, reducing the probability of postoperative complications, reducing length of hospitalization and costs for treatment.
