SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal husbandry. To stimulate milk production in cows and sows, Scutellaria baicalensis extract containing Baikalin is used in dose of 0.1 to 5 mg per kg of live weight a day.
EFFECT: use of Scutellaria baicalensis extract provides higher productivity of farm animals under stress without using antibiotics.
