FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to biotechnology and may be used in agriculture, in particular in fodder production. Method includes preparation of nutrient medium, which contains meat fermentative peptone, glucose, yeast extract, corn-lactose nutrient medium, cobalt sulfate, ammonium sulfate, agar-agar and distilled water with specified ratio of components. Introduction of bacterial strains Lactobacillus plantarum VKPM V-2347 and Propionibacterium freudenreichii VKPM V-6561 into prepared nutrient medium with their further incubation in prepared nutrient medium untik they achieve titre of at least 1×106 CFU per 1 cm3.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to normalise microflora of gastrointestinal tract, to increase efficiency and resistance to stress-factors of animals and birds.
