SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shock absorbing barrier comprising a part of a rail guard with horizontally oriented rail guards, to which shock-absorbing elements are attached, connected to vertically oriented tubes along transverse axes, as well as rail-type elements installed on barrier walls located on shock absorbing elements sides, and rail guard part, having rotatable rods, vertically connected with guards and with column guiding pipe so that damping part of barrier is located vertically relative to ground.
EFFECT: impact-absorbing barrier is disclosed, which uses supports and rails.
