FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, particularly heat-insulating materials based on foamed polyurethane, and can be used for heat insulation of building structures for various purposes and for heat insulation of pipelines. Heat-insulating material based on foamed polyurethane, which contains foamed polyurethane with filler and obtained by mixing polyisocyanate with filler with subsequent addition of polyol with subsequent stirring to produce finished material, where ratio of components of polyurethylene foam polyisocyanate and polyol is 1:1, and as filler there used are wastes of wet magnetic separation of ferruginous quartzites, with following ratio of components, wt%: foamed polyurethane – 60–80, wastes of wet magnetic separation of ferruginous quartzites – 20–40.
EFFECT: high strength and heat resistance, low heat conductivity and flammability.
