FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing recombinant protein and its release (embodiments). Method comprises placing mammalian recombinant cells in a first culture medium to produce a first cell culture, periodic cultivation, placing a first cell culture into a perfusion bioreactor with a second culture medium to produce a second cell culture, perfusion cultivation, placing a second cell culture into a production bioreactor with a third culture medium to produce a culture of producer cells and perfusion cultivation thereof in allowing recombinant cells to secrete recombinant protein conditions. In one version of the method, a frozen cellular bank containing recombinant cells is used. Recombinant protein is extracted from a third culture medium removed from the production bioreactor.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing number of stages of cultivation, amount of time from initial cell culture to inoculation of industrial bioreactor, number of manual manipulations, risk of contamination, as well as higher initial density of viable cells in production bioreactor.
