FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a method for biological production of recombinant therapeutic protein. The method provides for a system that ensures the flow of the first volume of liquid containing recombinant therapeutic protein from the first vessel to the second vessel through the volume of sterilizing gas contained in the upper part of the second vessel, and purification of the recombinant therapeutic protein by ensuring the flow of the second volume of liquid containing recombinant therapeutic protein from the second vessel into at least one chromatographic column and/or at least one chromatographic membrane, producing the recombinant therapeutic protein. Moreover, the first vessel is a bioreactor, a chromatography system, a microfiltration system or an ultrafiltration/diafiltration system.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention provides fewer manual manipulations with the sterilized system and reduces the risk of contamination of the sterilized system.
