FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, combustiology and plastic surgery. Neck scars are dissected by S-shaped longitudinal incisions. Skin autografts are 1.0–1.3 mm thick at the sites of epithelised surface burn wounds and/or donor sites. Donor wounds after skin grafts are closed with split perforated with perforation factor of 1:2 skin grafts with thickness of 0.2 mm. Skin transplants 1.0–1.3 mm thick are placed on the wound defect of the neck parallel to the natural skin folds. Then two vacuum dressings are applied on neck and donor sections for 7 days with constant pressure of 100–120 mm of mercury apparatus for vacuum therapy of wounds VivanoTec.
EFFECT: method enables engraftment of skin grafts in autodermoplasty on the neck and on donor sites, providing healing of donor sites during repeated skin grafts with thickness of 1,0–1,3 mm at the sites of epithelised surface burn wounds and/or donor sites, improving functional and cosmetic results of surgical management in eliminating cicatrical deformations of the neck.
