FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for surgical treatment of total deep burns of trunk. After necrectomy, wound edges are closed to the size of XL VivanoMed for Vivano vacuum system. Film dressing Hydrofilm is glued on the remaining sections of the scab. Constant pressure of 110–120 mmHg is created in vacuum system for 3 days. Performing necrectomy of remaining deep body burns with primary or delayed autodermoplasty using cell cultures of frozen dermal allo-fibroblasts of 5th passage in physiological NaCl 0.9 % in final concentration 2.0 million cells in 1 ml at rate of 30 thousand cells per 1 cm2 of wound surface by irrigation.
EFFECT: method enables preventing haematomas formation under skin grafts and reducing the length of treatment.
