FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for personalized treatment of valgus deformation of first toe comprises first and second templates and fastening element for installation on flat surface of sawdust of bone-cartilaginous exostosis of head of first metatarsal bone. Second template is intended for installation on the first template with tenon-groove connection. Fastening element is made round and on the anatomical surface there is a pin for fixation of a bone-cartilaginous exostosis of the head of the first metatarsal bone on a flat surface of a sawdust and has risks corresponding to risks on the first template for orientation of the fastener position. In the centre of the fastening element there is an opening for a repositioning tool. First template comprises a through hole for adaptation to the head of the metatarsal bone. Said through hole and the occlusal surface of the template are made according to individual parameters of each patient taking into account anatomical features of his foot. First template has channels for self-tapping screws for fixation to bone and channels for screws for osteosynthesis. First template comprises grooves intended for installation of studs of the second template. Second template comprises a guide for the movement of the repositioning tool, in which the stop for the extremely low position of the repositioning tool corresponds to the hole for installation of the repositioning tool in the fastening element. Second template on inner surface comprises pins to be fitted in slots of first template. First and the second templates each have a guide for the head bone of the metatarsal bone, besides, these guides coincide. Method for the personalized treatment of valgus deformation of the first toe using the above device, during which patient's foot examination is performed using methods of beam diagnostics with load and without, according to the results of which the said personified device is made. Further, at the stage of surgical treatment, after the access from the medial side of the foot to the first metatarsal bone, the first template is adapted to the head of the first metatarsal bone using the hole designed for this purpose and fixed by means of self-tapping screws. Then, sawdust of exostosis is made on the surface of the first template, after which fastener is installed on the formed surface by means of pin so that risks on the first template and fastening element coincide. Then, the second template is installed on the first template using the "tenon-groove" connection, then into the bone through the guide and a hole in the fastening element, a reposition instrument is installed and a head of the metatarsal bone is repositioned. Further, screws for osteosynthesis are fixed in osteosynthesis screw channels on the first template to fix the head of the metatarsal bone relative to the diaphysis. Then, the tool, self-tapping screws, fastening element and templates are removed, the wound is closed and gypsum is applied.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of Hallux Valgus treatment effectiveness with possibility of restoration of anatomical axes by resection and reduction of head of first metatarsal bone, with anti-rotational stability of head of first metatarsal bone during operation, as well as providing necessary and accurate plantation, supination and lateralization in one operation.
