FIELD: fire extinguishing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods and devices for extinguishing burning fountains occurred as a result of accidents at gas, oil and gas-oil wells. Method for extinguishing burning fountains on gas, oil and gas-oil wells involves delivery to an emergency well by means of launchers of drilling gas generators equipped with capsules with a chemical explosive, drilling of directional wells by drilling gas generators from opposite sides until approaching underground to the emergency well shaft, covering the emergency well, which is carried out by two successive detonations of a chemical explosive, wherein the second detonation is carried out above the overlap interval formed as a result of the first detonation, and delivery to the point of penetration into the ground of the drilling gas generator is carried out by means of a detachable sustainer propulsion unit on solid rocket fuel, with its separation after passing the maximum point of flight altitude, and subsequent switching on of the drilling gas generator, which provides its spinning and braking on the descending part of the flight path. Device for this method implementation includes a drilling gas generator, a capsule with a chemical explosive with a fuse, a detachable cruise propulsion unit running on solid rocket propellant. Drilling gas generator consists of combustion chamber with solid propellant charge with ignition device, on the front bottom of which there is a multi-nozzle unit containing a number of torque nozzles located tangentially, a number of nozzles located in the direction of motion at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal axis of the device and a row of nozzles arranged towards the motion at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the device. All nozzles of the unit are equipped with plugs made with possibility of stage-by-stage opening in series: plugs of moment nozzles, plugs of nozzles located towards movement, plugs of nozzles located in direction of movement. Solid rocket fuel charge of the drilling gas generator consists of three axially attached elements, armored along the outer surface, the first is a monolithic disc of end burning, the second is a disc with a blind axial hole on the side of the first element, the third is a two-layer unit with a cylindrical axial channel, in which there is a boosting layer of rocket fuel with high burning rate. Device is equipped with a detachable sustainer propulsion unit on solid rocket fuel with a multi-nozzle unit with sockets inclined to the engine axis. Between combustion chamber of drilling gas generator and capsule with chemical explosive there is an instrument compartment with a control system providing independent control of the device. Device can be equipped with a propulsion system with a solid propellant charge having a progressive combustion surface, igniter, and nozzle unit with nozzles inclined to engine axis, which is attached to rear bottom of capsule with chemical explosive.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions is intended for extinguishing fountains with high radiation intensity, and is suitable for extinguishing fires in emergency wells located in deep craters.
