FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment. For this purpose, a tunable oscillator with connected microstrip lines, in particular, is made using an inductive three-point circuit on a bipolar transistor which is connected in a circuit with a common emitter. It includes basic resistive voltage divider and emitter resistor, by means of which transistor operation mode is set by direct current. Decoupling inductance and interlocking capacitors are used to isolate microwave circuits by control and power supply. For positive voltage supply to varicap and transistor bias voltages positive power sources are used. Remained elements of the circuit are frequency-setting, they form basic, collector circuits and emitter circuit.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of phase noise level of tunable oscillators with resonant systems on three-wire connected microstrip transmission lines differing from each other by an optimum value.
