SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a means of regulating the movement of trains. At that, capacitor for creation of oscillatory circuit is connected at power connection point, where supply and control line is one two-wire circuit, which is alternately connected to rail lines, which ends are shunted by transfer curves or jumpers, power supply sequence alternation to formed rail circuits of RC is carried out due to the second double-wire linear circuit, signals of which switch the distributors arranged in the track boxes directly near the rail. Each RC is connected to the first linear circuit at the specified moments of time, which are determined by the position of the distributor and the tuning bridge. Pulses to distributor inputs are transmitted with duration of 10⋅Tc, if RC participates in the established route, or 3⋅Tc, if not involved, where Tc is a period of signal frequency, wherein the boundaries of the transmissions are fixed at the time of signal phase change, which are determined by the station computer.

EFFECT: possibility of realizing control of conditions of track sections of station neck without insulating joints and throttle-transformers.
