FIELD: rescue means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue service and is intended for rescue of family members from apartment buildings during fire or other emergencies. Proposed device comprises set of bobbins (1), suspended system for rescuer with lock (7) arranged in parachute attachment and free from said belts. At that, the system includes design number of bobbins (1) of certain diameter depending on the length of unwinding and twisting metal tapes (2), which, in turn, depend on the number of floors of the house and operate as a roulette, designed for a person's weight of not less than 120 kg.

EFFECT: providing rescue for all family members in case of fire occurring in apartment of multi-storey building.
