FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a silicone rubber fire-resistant composition cured using an addition reaction comprising a fire retardant for improving fire resistance, wherein the physical properties of the silicone rubber used as the base are unchanged. Silicone rubber fire-resistant composition according to the invention contains (A) 100 parts by weight of an alkenyl-containing organopolysiloxane containing at least two alkenyl groups bound to silicon atoms in a molecule, (B) 0.2–20 parts by weight based on 100 weight parts of component (A) of organohydropolisiloxane containing at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in a molecule, (C) 5–80 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of sum of components (A) and (B) of pyrogenic silicon dioxide, characterized by area of specific surface, according to determination using BET method of 50 m2/g and more, (D) 0.001–1 parts by weight of a compound on a triazole basis, (E) 0.001–5 weight parts of an ester derivative of phosphoric acid and (F) a catalytic amount of a platinum catalyst.
EFFECT: use of composition of said composition enables to obtain hardened silicone rubber products characterized by high fire-resistance.
