SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely, to the storage batteries unit with improved thermal control, which can be used for the fully electric vehicle (EV), hybrid vehicle with charging from mains (PHEV), hybrid vehicle (HEV), as well as to its manufacturing method. Disclosed battery pack is arranged in a housing with a cover which is filled with syntactic foam of silicone rubber containing a silicone rubber binder and hollow glass beads. Method of battery pack manufacturing provides for curing flow with formation of syntactic foam of silicone rubber containing binder of silicone rubber and hollow glass balls, and closing of battery module case with cover.

EFFECT: high reliability of operation of the battery pack owing to increasing uniformity of thermal conditions and reducing damping effects is the technical result of the invention.
