FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing hydrogen sulphide-containing oil for transportation and can be used in oil and gas industry when preparing oil with high content of hydrogen sulphide. Method for preparation of hydrogen sulphide-containing oil includes multistep separation, heating, dehydration and desalting, Supply of oil via supply pipeline to separator of end stage, neutralization of residual hydrogen sulphide with reagent. According to the first version, ultrasound action is additionally performed on hydrogen sulphide-containing oil for 1–3 minutes at the final section of the supply pipeline. Then, oil foam and oil flows are separated, oil foam flow is fed into end stage separator or fed into separate tank. Oil flow is fed into separator of end stage by separate flow. Flow of oil foam is divided into multiple inclined or horizontal flows and combined before supply to separator of end stage. In compliance with second version, ultrasound action is additionally performed on oil-sulphide-containing oil in separator of end stage during oil residence time in separator of end stage. Prior to feeding to the separator of the end stage, flows of oil foam and oil are separated, at that the flow of oil foam is introduced into the separator of the end stage or supplied into a separate reservoir, and the oil flow is introduced into the separator of the end stage by separate flow. Flow of oil foam is divided into multiple inclined or horizontal flows and combined before supply to separator of end stage.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of cleaning oil from hydrogen sulphide by physical methods and productivity of a separator of end stage, as well as reduced consumption of reagent-neutralizer of hydrogen sulphide.
