FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a surgical table for fixation and retention of patient's mammary glands. Surgical table comprises a patient's placement table, a connecting device and a rotary device. Table is arranged with the possibility of placing and fixing the patient in a position on the back so that the patient's fixed position is preserved during the patient's rotation, wherein the patient's breasts are hanging down. Main part is intended for supporting the table for patient's placement from below. Rotary device is designed to turn table with direction of head - leg of patient as axis of rotation and is designed to hold table at any specified angle of rotation. Table is made with possibility of installation on mounting element for installation of fixation device, wherein the fixation device is configured to fix and retain the patient's exclusively hanging breasts to enable the exposure of the proton beam to the hanging breasts. When the table is in connection with the main part by means of a connecting means, the table is made capable to rotate about the axis of rotation by means of a rotary device so that to enable fixation of the patient's exclusively hanging breasts by the fixation means, wherein said locking device can be mounted on mounting element.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at facilitation of radiation therapy with a proton beam without harmful effect on body areas, apart from the lesion.
