SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Disclosed is a software and hardware system for data transmission, consisting of a server, remote terminal devices, L2 level switch, characterized by the fact that after launching using a software environment, the server provides delivery and loading of the operating system (OS) Astra Linux Special Edition and application software to remote terminals on local area network (LAN), during loading of remote terminal device on it formation of software environment on LAN, in remote terminals there are no data storage devices designed for permanent storage of information, enabling display of remote terminal data on server screen from server and sending data received from input devices to a server, enabling cleaning of all types of memory and temporary information on remote terminals when the session is terminated, transmission of information is carried out by means of TCP/IP network protocols, operation of the LAN provides L2 level switch, operation on the basis of Astra Linux Special Edition operating version not lower than 1.3 and support of all functions of this OS and software included in it, operation in mode of round-the-clock operation is provided, automatic recovery of equipment operation without participation of maintenance personnel with correct restart of hardware and OS, providing scalability by connecting additional remote terminal devices with terminal equipment to a LAN, enabling restoration of operability of a system associated with a malfunction of a UE for a time not greater than 1 hour, enabling OS loading when using a remote terminal device, which does not exceed 3 minutes, setting up user accounts, corresponding software and safety parameters directly on the server.

EFFECT: technical result is providing data exchange between a server and remote terminal devices, in which there are no data storage devices designed for permanent storage of information, with cleaning of all types of memory and temporary information on remote terminals when the session is over.
