SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information and communication systems and can be used to ensure the exchange of data and e-mail, the organization of telephone and video conferencing on communication networks of state, corporate and departmental structures. The aforementioned technical result is achieved by the fact that a mobile multifunctional communication complex contains a satellite subscriber station, a mobile radio station, an xDSL modem, a wired communication line, a data transmission network channel, a router, an automated workstation for a technological control operator (AWS for a TCO), an input-output device of the AWS for a TCO, a cryptographic router, a firewall, an automated workstation for an information security operator (AWS for an ISO), an input-output device of AWS for an ISO, a telephone station, a telephone set (TS) for service communication, a video processing server, an HDMI video capture module, a VGA video capture module, an e-mail server, a telephone conversation recording server, a conversation recording module, a local area network (LAN) switch, a small-sized network printer, an operator's automated workstation (AWS), an operator's AWS input-output device, a line input unit, two subscriber lines (SL) of telephone with communications, two telephones of the automatic telephone exchange system, two telephones of the IP station. A control and monitoring unit for communication channels, an IP telephone exchange, an analog subscriber line, an external video conferencing unit (VCU), a video camera, a wearable digital video camera, a large-format monitor, a microphone and fiber-optical communication line (FOCL) are additionally introduced. There are also changes in communication between the known blocks of the device.
EFFECT: expanding functionality of the complex to provide expanded volume of communication services provided to officials, including telephone communication and data transmission, audio and video conferencing, exchange of electronic messages with increased degree of protection of the transmitted information.
