FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in oil and gas and oil industry. Recovery unit for water solution of methanol includes recuperative heat exchanger, rectification column, cooling heat exchanger, first separator, irrigation pump, compressor, recuperative heat exchanger, heat exchanger, second separator and evaporator. Input of heated aqueous solution of methanol into rectification column is connected to outlet of heated aqueous solution of methanol, which is made in recuperative heat exchanger. Gas flow inlet in the rectification column is connected to the outlet of the cooling gas flow made in the recuperative heat exchanger. Inlet for irrigating liquid flow, made in rectification column, is connected to discharge branch pipe of irrigation pump, suction branch pipe of which is connected to outlet of liquid flow, made in first separator. Outlet of the vapor-gas mixture, which is made in the rectification column, is connected to the input of the cooling heat exchanger, the output of which is connected to the inlet of the vapor-gas mixture made in the first separator. Bottom liquid output made in the rectification column is connected to the bottom liquid inlet made in the evaporator, the steam outlet of which is connected to the steam inlet made in the bottom part of the rectification column. Output of the steam-gas mixture made in the first separator is connected to the inlet of the compressor, the outlet of which is connected to the input of the compressed vapor-gas mixture, which is made in a recuperative heat exchanger. Cooling gas flow inlet, made in recuperative heat exchanger, is connected to gas flow outlet made in the second separator, in which regenerated water-methanol solution outlet is made.

EFFECT: invention provides higher quality of regenerating aqueous solution of methanol (BMP) and higher efficiency of the BMP regeneration process.
