SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to methods of preparing concrete mixture and mortar, concrete and structures, and can be used in production of articles and structures in prefabricated house building and monolithic construction. Method involves mixing of coarse and fine aggregate, activated portland cement and water in a concrete mixer for at least 5 minutes. Portland cement is pre-activated in the vortex layer apparatus until its specific surface is increased by at least 2 times, and water – in conditions of its cavitation movement to a pH value of not less than 8.3, and the redox potential is not less than 180 mV.

EFFECT: technical result is higher mobility of concrete mixture, higher early and high-strength strength of concrete articles for compression, high frost resistance.
